Manufacturer warranty
Many parts are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Warranty handling depends on manufacturer rules, supplier rules, documentation, and inspection.
Warranty eligibility may require the original receipt, packaging, serial number, model number, photos, installation details, and proof that the part was used within its intended rating and application.
No labor warranty
Delivery of a part does not include installation labor, diagnostic labor, system repair, refrigerant handling, or technician service unless separately agreed in writing.
If a technician or installer determines that the original diagnosis was incorrect, the part delivery itself is still a completed service unless a return is separately approved under the return policy.
Incorrect installation
Damage from miswiring, incorrect voltage, wrong MFD, wrong refrigerant use, poor installation, water damage, overheating, improper diagnosis, or system faults may void warranty eligibility.
Electrical parts can fail immediately when connected to shorted motors, grounded compressors, damaged wiring, incorrect capacitors, failed boards, or unsafe line voltage conditions.
Compatibility
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility. We help review photos and labels when provided, but final installation decisions belong to the buyer or technician.
Universal parts may require field setup, wiring changes, mounting changes, or technician judgment. Do not assume a universal part is correct unless the key ratings and physical fit are confirmed.
