Delivery area

We deliver across Nassau County from East Meadow, NY. Some nearby Long Island requests may be accepted after confirmation.

Common requests include homes, rental properties, light commercial buildings, technician job sites, and emergency repair locations. Delivery areas can change based on driver availability, inventory, traffic, and the urgency of the request.

Timing

1-hour, same-day, emergency, and after-hours delivery may be available. Actual delivery time depends on inventory, distance, traffic, weather, order confirmation, payment confirmation, and driver availability.

A quoted delivery window starts only after the part, price, address, contact information, and payment method are confirmed. Severe weather, road closures, heavy traffic, supplier delays, or unclear part information can extend delivery time.

Confirmation

Orders are not final until the part, specs, price, address, timing, and delivery method are confirmed by phone, text, or email.

For urgent orders, please include photos of the old part label, the equipment data plate, voltage, MFD rating, horsepower, RPM, refrigerant type, or any other rating that appears on the component.

Customer responsibility

Please provide accurate part numbers, equipment model numbers, photos, ratings, delivery address, contact number, and access instructions.

If the request involves a building with restricted access, gated entry, apartment lobby, rooftop equipment, loading zone, or after-hours contact, those instructions should be provided before dispatch.

Failed delivery

Missed, refused, inaccessible, or incorrect-address deliveries may still incur delivery or restocking charges.

If a driver has to wait, reroute, return, or make a second trip because details were missing or incorrect, additional charges may apply.

After-hours service

After-hours requests are accepted 24/7, but availability depends on live confirmation. Emergency delivery is not a guarantee that every part is in stock at every hour.
